This travel-capable hose lift works quite well. While it was purchased for an upcoming trip, I use it every night. It fits nicely between mattresses and is somewhat higher then the head board. The aluminum tubing flexes just enough to allow the hose to float. Very pleased with the purchase and perfect for travel.
