After a while the Velcro looses it's tension also the headgear fabric starts separating between the layers.

the machines cost so much and are quite advanced. Why is the strap so cheaply made. It is almost a scam to have to buy so many straps

I agree the value for the money. But I purchased one in December(not from you) from the Home Care my insurance recommends. I cannot keep the Velcro sealed. I was going to try and fix it but the end looks to be heat sealed so if I sew it won't go thru the slits. Anybody got any ideas?

Elastic loses it's tension (expected over time, not in 2 months), but the fabric starts separating within about 3 months.

Yes the Velcro loosens after a year but that's normal wear and tear. The $7 shipping makes one snort so to speak.
