The cradle is the first device I have been able to use comfortably since I began CPAP therapy. It does not irritate the nostrils like nasal pillows do. I am able to read with this device and drift off to sleep.

Love this nasal pillow. No soreness and I get much better suction from it than from the insertable nasal pillows.
