I work in a sleep lab and am generally avoid using nasal pillows on first time cpap users for many reasons. My biggest problem is that they tend to react negatively to minimal pressure changes. I have also favoured the resmed swift in the past when I have needed to use nasal pillows. The GoLife is my new favourite! For anyone who is looking into nasal pillows I would definitely recommend this mask. The cheek stabilizers are unique to this mask and make it the kind of mask that moves well with you if you are an "active sleeper". Great mask, and all of my patients who I have used it on loved it!

This mask had comfortable head strap support and kept it in place well. But it has a big problem in that the nose cushion (pillow) has zero adjustments. It does not rotate or adjust to seat in the nose comfortably. Fortunately I bought Mask Assurance with it and I was able to return it with zero problem and exchange it for a Swift Lt. The return and replacement was very simple, convenient and quick.

Warning: Do not buy this mask without Mask Assurance! Most probably you will want to return it. The mask is designed for the exhaled air to go upwards. Unfortunately, the air brushes your face and can wake you up.

I didn't like This Face Mask. It's hard on your Nose and Leaves two Lines on both sides of your face when you get up in the morning and stays on there for a good while. Your Nose is sore when you wake up in the mornings. I wish I could change it for a better one. I do like where it Don't take up your whole face. You can still see the TV. better with this one. Also I think the two sides should have a pad on it so it don't leave a mark on your face.

I have used the Respironics GoLife for almost a year. It is better than my previous masks in some ways and not in others. But overall is better than any other mask I have used. The nasal pillow sits well on my nose and the head gear provides stability so there is no midnight leakage to wake me up. The mask is comfortable and easy to go to sleep in. The negatives are lines on my face in the morning and occasional nose soreness. It also makes more noise than other masks I've used. Overall, I use it and recommend it, but the negatives are an issue for you, seek a mask that minimizes the problems.

I've only used mine for three days and my nose is a little sore in the morning, but I love the way it feels when tossing and turning in my sleep, no leaks, after a few more days I'm sure the tenderness on my nose will stop.
