The full face CPAP mask by Hans Rudolph, the 7600 V2 mask and headgear is a revolutionary design for full face CPAP mask therapy. Using a single mask piece in silicone rubber, the Hans Rudolph 7600 V2 Full Face mask has no forehead support, and instead cups the chin for maximum stability.

This mask is a pretty decent and comfortable mask, especially with the under chin flap tha helps with the sealing. The main drawback, unfortunately , is this mask is not made for people who sleep facing their partner. The air flow release area on the elbow consists of open slots and is perpendicular to the wearer and the cool air flows directly onto the partner. I would not recommend this mask if you sleep facing your partner

This mask is soft and easy to use. It feels great on your face and seals well. My only issue is that I broke my nose as a child and so my nose is a bit crooked. It doesn't stay well sealed on the right side of my nose. I've also found that it deseals at the bottom of the mask late in the night as well although I attribute this to the fact that I may need to try a smaller size rather than mask design. It is by far the most comfortable mask I've worn.

I find the Hans to be very loud and noisy when breathing in/out...sounds similiar to a scuba mask when diving. Too bad, because this is the most comfortable, well made mask out there. Note: if you consider this mask, you MUST buy one TWO SIZES SMALLER than what you would normally use. Yes, TWO sizes smaller!

While there is great width and comfort to the mask, it is *very* noisy during use and blows air toward your sleeing partner

I, too, must use high pressure (18). But I have no difficulty getting a good seal. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is due to the neoprene headgear. I HATE THE HEADGEAR! Otherthan that, I absolutely love the mask. You really do need to see the measurement cahrt and measure to get a proper fit. The sizing is misleading, as pointed out by another. If the mask is too loarge, you will have problems. If you have a beard, this mask is not for your. It'll never seal. I find I get a better, lasting seal if I shave at bedtime. It should be washed before each use to help prevent sliding of the mask. Washing your face at bedtime helps with this as well.
