The ResMed VPAP III ST-A BiLevel System and H2i Heated Humidifier offers unprecedented flexibility for effective bilevel therapy. It combines the exclusive features of the VPAP III Series with a full range of clinician- and patient-friendly alarms adjustable trigger and cycle thresholds—a simple choice of "low", "medium" or "high". The ResMed VPAP III Series is "comfortably in sync" with your breathing pattern. Achieving patient–machine synchronization is a key to effective bilevel therapy. The VPAP III ST-A bilevel system has all that's needed to provide optimal therapy to match your needs.

The VPAP III ST-A BiLevel System provides Spontaneous/Timed (S/T) therapy with alarms that allows the patient to breathe at their normal respiratory rate. If the patient experiences an apnea or falls below the set rate, the device supports the patient’s ventilation with a timed breath. In addition to traditional ST bilevel therapy, the VPAP ST features ResMed’s Vsync leak management algorithm (to ensure any mask leaks are correctly compensated for at the machine), TiControl breath synchronization control (enabling the most comfortable and natural bilevel therapy), and trigger and cycle sensitivity to further synchronize with the user's personal breathing cycle as it changes throughout the night.

Adjustable alarms: Low Minute Ventilation alarm—to assess adequacy of therapy, Power Failure alarm, Non-vented Mask alarm—alerts to non-vented mask connection issues.
Wider pressure range (from 3 to 30 cm H2O) - Widest pressure range available for a ResMed VPAP machine.
Comfortable pressure transitions resulting from: Clinician-adjustable rise time and variable speed motor.
Patient–machine synchronization is the key to effective therapy. VPAP III's unique Vsync and TiControl features assure patient–machine synchronization even in the presence of large leaks and particular respiratory disorders.
Mask-fitting feature allows you to adjust your mask fit to ensure an optimal seal.
Usage-based compliance download for accurate patient monitoring, including clinical and efficacy data recording within the machine for 365 days (included data card will allow you to download data for your doctor).
Automatic switch-mode power supply enables trouble-free international travel.
