The ResMed VPAP ST BiLevel System with Easy-Breathe Technology and H4i Heated Humidifier is a all-new bilevel machine from ResMed featuring many innovations to further improve user compliance and comfort. Setting a new industry standard in quiet, reliable, and comfortable sleep therapy, ResMed’s new sophisticated motor design delivers superior performance at a lower effort while cutting device noise significantly (75% quieter than competitive bilevel ST devices, the lowest noise level on the market!).

The system is exceptionally compact and convenient, making it ideal for travel or home use. Featuring ResMed’s improved motor design with Easy-Breathe technology, the VPAP S BiLevel ST System and H4i Heated Humidifier provides Spontaneous/Timed (S/T) therapy that allows the patient to breathe at their normal respiratory rate. If the patient experiences an apnea or falls below the set rate, the device supports the patient’s ventilation with a timed breath. In addition to traditional ST bilevel therapy, the VPAP ST features ResMed’s Vsync leak management algorithm (to ensure any mask leaks are correctly compensated for at the machine), TiControl breath synchronization control (enabling the most comfortable and natural bilevel therapy), and trigger and cycle sensitivity to further synchronize with the user's personal breathing cycle as it changes throughout the night.

New, exclusive dual fan motor design provides a quieter sound due to the lower RPMs required by each fan to maintain pressure. It also increases the durability of the machine by sharing the workload between two fan systems instead of the one fan system employed by other machines.
