I have been using a CPAP for 18 years. This is my 4th machine and the best by far. Very quite, the resporatory works great. Only downside is the water container is very hard to clean. I find diswasher soap left soaking over night and then a run through the dishwasher does the best job.

It was quiet. But. It did not stop/reduce "rain out" if the room's relative humidity and the settings weren't in sync. Consequently, water would build up in the hose and when you remove your mask it would dump a load of water on you, the bed, etc. I returned it before 30 days. Found a PR1 that does monitor the humidty levels and enviornment control. This is the low cost bid machine the DME company wanted me to have because it improved their profit margin. My doctor and my insurance company didn't restrict my cost or manufacturer but rather go with one that worked to suit my needs, not a company profit and loss sheet.
