you get what you pay for. Don't mind spending more money to get a quite machine, that puts me at ease each night.

The Resmed S9 has changed my prospective of the CPAP experience so much that I use the machine every night and it doesn't seem like a chore. I look forward to a good night sleep without the harsh changes throughout the night. I do not believe there could be an improvement over it. I am now looking into getting one through my insurance when my 5 years is up which is only a few months away. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I have had many different brands of CPAP machines.
This is by-far the best unit. Very quiet, light goes out after 30 second delay and the machine just breathes easier than any of the rest. It is small, light, and durable.
You can add the heated tubing if wanted for warmer moist air. I cannot say enough good things about this machine.
Price is reasonable, and comes with great soft case to carry it in. I am thinking of ordering a second one to have for an extra.

I have had the pillar procedure to stop my snoring and it worked. But I will not stop using my Resmed S9! Why walk a mile when you can be driven in a Rolls Royce. That is what the S9 feels like. This is my second CPAP machine and I LOVE this machine. I sleep like a rock and I have the most wonderful vivd dreams. It is so quiet and comfortable! I have one for home and I bought another cash to travel with! I highly recommend this machine, you will not be disappointed.

Had to fight with the medical supply and my ins co., but what a difference!! This machine is bar none the best!! Been a sleep apnea since 2006 and this is my third machine.. Could not say enough positive things about the ResMed S9 w/H5i... except you won't be disappointed...

I call mine my dream machine. It's quiet, the humidity does wonders for my sinuses, and it keeps my dogs off the bed! I love how quickly it adjusts to my breathing. Price is not be a factor for a machine that gives you your brain back. I highly recommend the S9 WITH H5i Humidifier AND ClimateLine. Otherwise you won't have the chance to fall in love with your machine like I did.

Highly recommend this machine to everybody. Gets a 5 star rating from me. A little pricey, but well worth the money. Glad I got the humidifier and the climate control tubing. CPAP SUPPLY USA talked me into this machine, but I'm really glad they did.

This is by far the best machine ever! I hardly ever used my first machine because I hated the noise it made. I am using the CPAP Pro Mask with my Resmed S9 w/H5i and love the heated tubing! Being able to read my daily usage and numbers is so important to me before I wasn't able to. If you're debating on a machine to get, this is the one. As of course, if you have Medicare, you now have to pay out of pocket for part of balance but it is well worth it! Hope my 2 cents helped.

I'm new to CPAP therapy But this seems to be a top of the line unit. If only I could find a mask that dosen't leave scab's on my nose and marks on my face...

Really works as it was designed to work. This is a high compliment from me. I see so many things that fall short of their promise, the S9 Autoset does not fall short. I am sure on an individual basis some may have issue but those almost would have to generic instead of specific problems with the S9. I have been using my machine now for almost two weeks with great results. I no longer mouth breathe with this. I had developed the habit with my last machine of over seven years, the Respironics Auto C-Flex.

After learning that I had been misdiagnosed with OSA I understood why my previous BiPap machine did not work for me. The new diagnosis of Complex Sleep Apnea with the correct machine (ResMed S9 AutoSet w/H5i Humidifier and ClimateLine Tube) has made the difference. This machine syncs with my breathing almost immediately and doesn't force me to breathe with its choice of respiratory pattern. This machine is almost silent. I know that when I put it on, if I hear a noise there is some part of the setup that isn't put together properly. I turn it off, check for the problem, fix it and go back to sleep. The only thing I haven't experience yet that one other person indicated that they have experienced is the active REM sleep. When I had my sleep test my results showed that I had no (NONE)REM sleep.

Quiet machine. The automatic on doesn't come on as easily with this unit as my last one.

I have been using this machine for nearly a year and it keeps me awake at night. When I exhale, it squeals. Anyone else have that problem?
