After 17 yrs. with nasal mask the past 10 days with this have been unbelievable. Suffered horrible dry mouth that has been taken care of.

I use a high pressure and breath through my mouth at times. This mask takes care of both issues. The crown part of the headgear is kind of small, but except for that, it's a great product. My wife says I am a fathead, so if your not, this mask is for you. This mask is the first one I have had that doesn't blow off and start leaking from the high pressure.
Love this mask. One of the very few that fits under the chin. Helps keep my mouth closed when I'm sleeping.

Very comfortable mask. I use the cloth liner with it and love it. It keeps my mouth closed by cupping the chin. It corrected the dry mouth problem I had with other masks. Highly recommend, especially for those that can't breathe through their nose.

Tried unsuccessfully to use a ResMed mask, but as a side-sleeper and mouth-breather, it jus didn't work for me. The Forma was suggested by my sleep tech....and it's great! Love the chin coverage and no more leaks. The only drawback is that the clasp on the headgear is poorly designed and difficult to operate. I have to put my mask on in front of a mirror, not real convenient. Could the clasp be redesigned with a button on the top and on the bottom of the female male part to pinch, vs. a tiny button in the middle to press? That's the only reason for the 4-star rating.

It worked for a month or so, then I felt the air leakage so I kept tigthing the straps. Forehead marks were horrible if not painful. Kept seeking help from the VA with no sucess. I am finally able to get ahold of another person that thinks the parts have gotten old (straps) velcrow. The last straw was to put a piece of thick cotton cloth across my forehead to prevent the marks which inturn would cause air leakage. Gave up
