I love the Softgel! I am a former Comfortgel user from Respironics, and have used many of them, as they are so comfortable. I tried the Softgel, hoping for a little better fit, and it is. I got a medium, and in comparison, my Comfortgel was a small. This is a snugger, smaller fit, so it doesn't cover part of my upper lip. The fit is excellent, but it is a bit heavier since it has double the gel as the other. I quickly got use to that too! After two days, I did end up taking it back because of the pressure on my face was immense, but the sales person said that I had cranked the nose piece way too much. On the mask, it showed absolutely NO leaks on the machine in her office! I brought it back home, and with the new (right way) of wearing it, it is so comfortable. The crank is fantastic for those who need it for a better fit, but I was told to leave it alone and just adjust the straps, for my face, that is. The port for the air vent after an hour or so (for me), would whistle quietly. I know it's condensation, but have to figure something out to rid that small noise, because this mask is way too good to not keep, just because of a little infrequent noise. Great mask and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
