The BreatheWear Thermal Tubing cover is made of special BreatheWear material to keep your tubing insulated from temperature extremes that can cause moisture buildup. Tubing covers, such as the BreatheWear Thermal Tubing cover, are designed to help prevent the occurrence of 'rain out' when using a heated humidifier. 'Rain out' occurs when water gathers in your CPAP tubing, causing a gurgling sound, due to the condensation caused by humidified air hitting colder temperatures within the tubing. This product is great for individuals who keep a colder bedroom (a common cause of 'rain out').

Fixed the water gurgling and waking up with a wet face. Also this is very soft.

Did not alleviate waking up with a wet face. This product covered the rubber ends of my tubing, inside and out, with lint. The product does not easily glide over the side of the bed and thus was pulling on my mask as I moved in my sleep. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
