The BreatheWear Thermal Tubing cover is made of special BreatheWear material to keep your tubing insulated from temperature extremes that can cause moisture buildup. Tubing covers, such as the BreatheWear Thermal Tubing cover, are designed to help prevent the occurence of 'rain out' when using a heated humidifier. 'Rain out' occurs when water gathers in your CPAP tubing, causing a gurgling sound, due to the condensation caused by humidified air hitting colder temperatures within the tubing. This product is great for individuals who keep a colder bedroom (a common cause of 'rain out').
