Replacement cradle cushion (direct seal pillow) for the Respironics OptiLife Nasal Interface CPAP Mask. This direct seal-style silicone cushion can be used with your OptiLife by removing the nasal pillow and attaching the new cradle cushion. It does not insert into the nares, but instead covers the entire area of the nostrils and nose tip. Great for individuals who have irritation from traditional nasal pillows.

The cradle is the first device I have been able to use comfortably since I began CPAP therapy. It does not irritate the nostrils like nasal pillows do. I am able to read with this device and drift off to sleep.
