This is THE mask that everyone must use. The patent to fix to upper teeth ensures that the mask never moves. It is also a combination for people who grind their teeth while sleeping.

I have been trying for 5 weeks to get rid of the leaks. Tired, I now need to find another mask, gone is $200. Oh well.

Just an expensive alternative to a mask, not necessarily a better alternative. CPAP Pro uses a contraption that you must bite and hold in your mouth while you sleep. Furthermore, your CPAP machine pressure setting assumes a mask is being used. CPAP Pro puts tubes right in your nasal area. Without adjusting the pressure down, you will find the pressure too strong and noisy - like a fast moving train on a track.

Since I had two masks of the 4 I tried wound me to the point of leaving scars (one on my forehead and one on the bridge of my nose) I was looking at pillow alternatives. The boil and bite approach to keeping the pillow in place work great for me. I like to sleep on my side and that does not work well for masks.
If I have any critique with the system is that I think there should be a similar boil and bite piece for the lower jaw so that teeth grinders like me have the lower teeth in contact with some thin softer than the bottom of the rigid plastic tray. I just bought a standard athletic boil and bite guard (trimmed to just past the lower incisors) and formed it while the rest of the CPAP pro piece was in my mouth. The result is a lower piece that fits to my front, lower teeth and the on the top fits to the bottom of the CPAP Pro tray.
With such a simple work around though I hardly call this a defect or shortcoming in the design.

This only works if you're a nose breather when you sleep. If you breathe through your mouth when you sleep you'll need something else. I've tired a few different nose devices and they just make it harder for me to breathe, can't even get to sleep with them on.

I have used this mask for a number of years with great success. At times you have to do some adjusting but for the most part I could not be happier. I think the parts are a bit expensive, but over the years they have improved and the new nasel pillows are a vast improvement over the old. I do not see ahything on the market better in my opinion.

The CPAPPRO saved my face. I've been using it for 5 years and love it. I get the best night's sleep every night. It's not perfect but sure beats the alternatives.

Do not recommend. Air leaks. Pillows don't fit. Mouth guard uncomfortable.

mask is nice but I disagree with the one size fits all nasal pillows, These pillows are small on the normal standard and no option for size unless you spend another 45 dollars for a larger size.

Tried the mask, and like others had trouble getting the right nasal fit so to avoid leakage. Additionally, unless you have perfect teeth, that mouthpiece can cause discomfort. Finally, never mentioned in their advertising is the fact that for most people you must also wear a chin strap. Otherwise, you will start to breath through your mouth which defeats the whole purpose of a CPAP. Suggest looking into some of the many new masks that are out there.

I've been using the dual nasal pillow system with headgear for 13 years, but because of sensitive skin including dermatitis the use of the staps has been a challange. When I found out about this system I had to try it. Having single pillows requires fine tuning to have the correct position. Even when achieved, the pillows bleed air. I agree with some comments that 1 size does NOT fit all. My recommendation to the manufacturer is to have a larger size available. I prefer to use this system and am glad that it is available.

I have been using for about 6 months now, and it sure beats the alternatives I've used in the past. I get a few leaks, but have learned how to adjust the pillows in my nostrils. I get lots of great sleep and have wonderful dreams. I have loved using the mouth plate. The directions for moulding my teeth were very easy to understand and this no-mask system worked great from the first night I tried it.

I have had this system for about five years and I love it! I don't have to struggle with straps anymore and I love the nasal puffs. They are so much more comfortable than a full mask. The only problem I have is that the mouth piece sold with it didn't fit my mouth so I had to have one made by my dentist. I want to buy a new mouth piece but I don't want to have to pay the dentist to do it. Other than that I would recommend this product!

I have had several and have finally decided it does not fit a woman's small mouth. Mouthpiece is too wide and leads to a sore mouth. It is not true that one size fits all. I liked it as it did not make my hair a mess and I hate all of the headgear that leaves marks on the face for several hours. Am trying another type.

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is the adjustment period of a few months for me. I finally figured out the position of the nasal pillows so I'm not getting a lot of leakage. I think it is much easier to use than the other nasal pillows with the straps because I have really fine hair and the straps kept slipping all night plus it doesn't do my hair any good. This does not move in your mouth and no strap marks.

My wife can't stand anything touching her skin. That is the only reason she has this mask. Parts are expensive and I could not find a DME company that would get this mask for her. It cost them too much. The tubes are flimsy and freqently break. On a satisfaction scale of 0 to 10, I'd give this mask a -5. Choose something else!

Don't recommend this mask at all

this maybe a good thing for some people
I would have to try the actual mask or nose pillow..(whatever) and see the results for myself
I can't abide the high pressure of my cpap~as high as 25 and even @ 18 ..its too much pressure for me
I am going for another sleep evalualtion..and I suffer from INSOMNIA so making this all nigh sleep study an impossibility without meds (i.e. Ambien CR_) I would rather check this out for myself as only I am the judge of this contraption

No mask marks on your face or straps to deal with. Light weight and easy to sleep with.
