this chin strap really works!!! It actually keeps me from having my mouth open so that I can wear a regular nasal mask at nights. it is made of really soft stretchy material, so its easy to wear at night. great chin strap and recommend to anyone who has issues with breathing through their mouths.

be sure of the size because they say you can't return it. tThe regular size is very small. If any doudt get the extra large and save yourself from buying it twice

This chin strap is very comfortable, physically. However, in warm weather it is very hot to wear. If the bias cut of the fabric goes the wrong way, it wears out more quickly. Check it stretches the direction you want when you get it. I have used this product over and over. It does last better than any others I have used.

I second the comment about size. They call the other chin strap "extra large." I guess they were only thinking of women. I have an average-size man's head and this chin strap is way undersize. I have to buy the so-called extra large. It does have more durable material than the chin strap I'm trying to replace, which was too flimsy. The liner pulled away from the inner padding. I think the design of it is more likely to keep the strap in place. The two sizes of these straps are more like S-M and L-XL. Believe me and the other commenter about sizes, men—unless you think of you head as being smallish this chin strap is too small. The other one is "extra" large in name only. Get it.

I have tried several chin straps because I am one of those people who have to wear one. It is a little warm in the summer but the most comfortable overall strap I have worn. Most of the others I have has several are aggravating trying to keep on your head. This fits with velcro and is stretch somewhat. I love it.

I find the fabric to be very rough against a woman's soft skin. It definately keeps the mouth closed, but I find it tends to slide around a lot. Fabric does not breathe, so I find it to be hot in any weather. Sorry, not a winneer with me, although it is definately the best of all I've tried!

I find this chin strap uncomfortable and it leaves marks on my face that don't go away for hours.

The chin strap is the best I have used but that about the only good I can say about the product. Adjusted to tightness necessary to hold my chin in the proper position and prevent my moth from opening will leave deep marks on my face that takes hours to disappear. The regular size is miss-leading as it might fit a small woman's face and is way too small for most men. Purchase the x-large size and save time ordering another one that fits. The material the chin strap is constructed from is soft but stretches out over a very short period of time.

I've worn this chin strap for a couple of years and I do like it with one exception; after using it for about a month, the fabric stretches and it does not stay on the chin. I wake up often to find that it is sitting on my lips. This happens even if I tightened it to the maximum level. My insurance covers the cost twice a year, so I have to pay out of pocket for at least 4-5 of them. Also, it does leave deep marks on your skin that last for many hours. All in all, it's the best I've tried.
