    I have recently put quite a few CPAP users on the Swift L/T.  You are correct, that it does have very little contact  wtih the face.  It does seem to stay in place very well.  Resmed has added small support straps to help hold the nasal pillows in place better.  It will come with three sizes of pillows.  ...

Most masks are made from silicone now, not latex.  I always recommend wiping off your mask daily.  Wash it in a mild detergent or if you have sensitive skin, try washing it in baby shampoo.
