"I placed an order through cpapsupplyusa. I want to let you know that I was very pleased with the service that I received. I work for a staffing agency that staffs for a call center at [OMITTED], so I know all about what good customer service needs to be. Every time I called, the person I spoke to was very helpful. When I placed the order initially, I failed to provide the size of the mask needed. The agent called me back later, but had to leave a voice mail; the voice mail I received was very professional and pleasant. I was unable to check the voice mail until after normal business hours, so I decided to call back on Monday. While I was on my way to the hospital to drop off my auto CPAP, I received another call from the same person. Again, she was very professional and polite and even asked if the call came too early, which it was not. The last time I needed to call, due to the lines being busy, I was routed to someone in shipping. It is not expected for someone in shipping to want to help out, or to even know what to do, but this gentleman was more then happy to assist. He kindly put me on hold while he went to the prescription room to verify that my prescription had been received. I am extremely amazed at the level of customer service provided by your staff. It is not every day that one receives this kind of service. Because of this, I will definitely use cpapsupplyusa from now on. I have even told co workers and staff that use a cpap about my service and have shown them the catalog. Thank you for all that you have done with my order. I am really looking forward to placing an order with your company the next time I need too. "
