This has always been my favorite and first choice. My sleep lab used it as demo and I fell in love with it.

F&P's pics of this mask don't do it justice. It has a VERY comfortable foam liner that doesn’t contact the mask frame at the bridge of the nose, so it can displace into thin air instead of pinching. It is also VERY quiet! I was introduced at the sleep lab at a follow up appt. Good for small features!

Worked well except the straps are narrow and left marks on my face which did not go away until late morning. My doctor replaced it with a full mask which I hate but good bucks for him! I need this one with wider straps. Still looking.

I love the 407, it took a while to get used to and yes it did hurt at first it took a couple of weeks to get used to. I have been using it for almost a year, it doesn't leak, there fore much quieter than than my previous mask, I do not know the #. I would highly recomend the 407. I have a big head and it fits just fine.

I'm very petite and this mask works the best for me. No more leaks for me.

My wife loves this mask. Can't do without it. Thanks to the 407 I too can get a good nights rest.

I have used the 407 and have replaced it with the 405. The 407 cut into my nose and lip. I agree with others that small facial features would most likley do ok with the 407.

this is the ONLY mask I have used in the past 6 years, and i will never use another if i can help it.
This is the most comfortable mask available. Ive tried several!

The 407 is way too small! I used it for the first time last night and it leaked on the sides and it made a whistling sound. I think its more of a lady's size. I wish I had bought the 405 instead, its much larger!

Fits great and easy to clean.

This is for the person with small facial features. The 407 has more but smaller holes then the 405 has. that is a good feature. It only has one size cushion, so there is no guessing game on the sizing. It is a very light mask.

I have used a 405 for a year and have always had some leakage into my eyes. I bough the 407 based on CPAPSupply's advice. That was a mistake as I really can't recommend it unless you've got small face features, and then you should just get the 406. The 407 is much noisier than the 405 and the 407 rubs on my nose, no matter how I adjust it. The 407 is MUCH smaller than the 405. What a waste of money!!!
