This has always been my favorite and first choice. My sleep lab used it as demo and I fell in love with it.

F&P's pics of this mask don't do it justice. It has a VERY comfortable foam liner that doesn’t contact the mask frame at the bridge of the nose, so it can displace into thin air instead of pinching. It is also VERY quiet! I was introduced at the sleep lab at a follow up appt. Good for small features!

I love the 407, it took a while to get used to and yes it did hurt at first it took a couple of weeks to get used to. I have been using it for almost a year, it doesn't leak, there fore much quieter than than my previous mask, I do not know the #. I would highly recomend the 407. I have a big head and it fits just fine.

I have used the 407 and have replaced it with the 405. The 407 cut into my nose and lip. I agree with others that small facial features would most likley do ok with the 407.

I have used a 405 for a year and have always had some leakage into my eyes. I bough the 407 based on CPAPSupply's advice. That was a mistake as I really can't recommend it unless you've got small face features, and then you should just get the 406. The 407 is much noisier than the 405 and the 407 rubs on my nose, no matter how I adjust it. The 407 is MUCH smaller than the 405. What a waste of money!!!
