The Fisher & Paykel FlexiFit 432 Full Face Mask, our second generation full face CPAP mask, incorporates a soft foam cushion that works together with the highly contoured silicone seal to provide improved sealing technology and a more comfortable fit. The HC432 full face mask from Fisher & Paykel is identical to the classic FlexiFit 431 full face mask, except that it includes a foam cushion in addition to a silicone cushion and requires the patient to choose a cushion size prior to purchase. The new foam cushion can help those patients who find that that silicone cushion does not seal perfectly. This usually happens when the size of the face does not meet the size of the mask.
*Note: The FlexiFit 432 comes in 3 different sizes, all sizes are NOT included in the box as they were for the FlexiFit 431. For patients who have used a HC431 mask, sizing of the cushions is the same for this mask.

This mask was recommended to me by the customer service at CPAP Supply USA. I've been through several full face mask, and this has to be the most comfortable. It is extremely quiet and fantastic to use. This has to be one of the best full face masks available!

I like this mask very much. I was a 431 user for many years and upgraded to this mask just recently. Wish it came with the three sizes of cushions like the 431, though as I often used both the small and medium cushions before ordering a new mask. I would suggest users new to this mask trying the 431 first because it is less expensive and comes with all three sizes in one box.

I have a small wide narrow face and this mask is the only full face mask so far that has fit and not driven me crazy. I only wish they had a "shorter" version because even the small puts too much pressue on the bridge of my nose and yet blows air in my eyes. It is very comfortable especially being under the chin. Needs more sizes to the headgear, again my head is small. Great price.
