The redesigned Fisher & Paykel Opus 360 Nasal Pillows CPAP Mask and Headgear provides an unprecedented level of comfort through the uniquely designed nasal pillow and headgear combination, specially developed to contour to any face shape or size. The anatomically shaped nasal pillows of this nasal interface CPAP mask have been refined to offer greater mobility and flexibility. The frame and headgear have also been revised to provide a better side-sleeping experience, as well as a facially contoured design for a more comfortable fit. The mask and headgear come fully assembled, with 3 nasal pillows included (Small, Medium, and Large) for patient convenience and ease of use.
Reinforced Headgear - The headgear for the Opus provides a reinforced support structure and thin design making it ideal for side sleeping.
Comfortable Nasal Pillows - Anatomically designed nasal pillows provide an excellent seal and added comfort.
Advanced Tube System - The tubing can be mounted either in front or on the side of the face, providing good support for any sleep position. The patient also has the option to not anchor the tubing.
Quiet Exhaust - The Opus features an advanced air diffuser system that makes the mask exceptionally quiet, allowing less disturbance for the sleeper and partner.
Soft-Lip Cushion - Silicone seal provides even more support and comfort, by conforming naturally to the upper lip.
360-Swivel - The unique ball-in-joint combination allows the tubing to freely move providing mobility and flexibility.

About the skin markings... just buy Moleskin from the pharmacy (usually used on toes for corns and bunyuns).. take a whole sheet and wrap it around each side. They are self stick pieces of mileskin felt and it feels like velvet. Better than toweling sleeves.. BEST nasal mask ever!

I also had problems with the headgear - solution was to make a toweling sleeve for the plastic sides - result no marking of my face and a good nights sleep - bunt

love this new nasal pillow mask!! really lightweight and I can wear it many different ways... over my head, in front of my chin, and beside my ear. great choice!
