Just like my scuba respirator. Very comfortable and easy to use. No headgear, and it never slips out of the mouth.

Fits great and very Comfortable. Highly reccommend.
Cautionary comments: Mouthpieces could use an additional size but one of the two sizes should fit. Top lip of the mask pulls if you have a mustache or beard – use a little neosporen. Silicon mask can break down over time. Watch that the side connectors are not too tight. Mouth pieces can rip were teeth touch mouthpiece.

It took some getting use to but I have finally mastered using this mask. It has become the one to wear for me and has given me and my husband peace at night. The traditional mask that covers the nose didn't work no matter which one I tried since I am a restless sleeper anyway and covering my nose at night just gave me nightmares. This mask is the answer for claustrophobic people like myself.

The good: no strap marks next morning. The bad: pain (it's like a torture device) around lips and gums and dry mouth even with high humidity setting; trying exclusively to breathe through mouth -- as you relax into sleep, even using included nose plugs, the tendency is to use nose and that blows out the plugs on exhale... UNFORTUNATELY the only mask I can use due to other medical problems so I guess I'm glad it exists.

Love the way it fits - but I kept waking up because my mouth was so dry! I read on to try using the nasal pillows with it so I am going to try it tonight. I love the no marks or bald spots on your head. I just hope I am able to sleep with it.

This is the MASK that's not a mask. I grind my teeth at night, causing air leaks with any other mask. It also does not cover my face and I can read to sleep. The only down side is that my mouth gets very dry, if I could find something that would help, I'd give it 5 stars.

This mask works great for me . I am a scuba diver and it's like second nature to me, wearing this mask at night. Feels like I'm doing my favorite hobby, even when I am sleeping. Glad I found a mask I enjoy.

Been wearing this device for a few years. Love it. At this point I don't even need to use the nose plugs. I feel like I am hooked straight up to oxygen and can cover my head in the winter months completely and still breath great. Since the throat needs to stay open, this device is perfect for the need. I am able to testify that long term usage of this setup works and is effective. I believe the durability exceeds some of the nasal devices. The small strap that goes from each side of the mouthpiece wraps around your lower neck. It is comfortable and you can pad the strap with something homemade if necessary. I asked for a mouthpiece device and this was what was offered. I don't think many companies that sell these supplies even mention an oral device is available. I rate this an 8.5 out of 10, as everything under the sun could improve.

I liked that this mask was oral only, and that it fit in my mouth so that I didn't have to deal with a face mask. But it left my gums and inner lips sore and dry after only a few hours. I'm worried about having gum problems and getting pressure sores in my mouth if I continue to use the mask. I wish the part that goes in your mouth was softer and maybe more beveled or rounded at the edges. A smaller size for those of us with small mouths might help too.
