The Hot & Cold Massage Pillow from the Science of Sleep® line provides hot or cold therapeutic massage relief. The gel pack is microwavable (25 seconds) for a hot massage or freezable (10 mins) for a cold massage. Can be used under the head to relieve tension in the neck, behind the back for lower back aches, or with the feet inside to relieve sore, tired feet. Cover is acrylic fleece.
