Lightweight, soft, comfortable and quiet, the Innomed Nasal-Aire Petite Nasal Interface-style CPAP mask is the smart choice for patients with smaller noses and nostrils. Hanging tubing reduces moisture build-up underneath the nose. Patients can rest comfortably in various positions without the restriction of traditional nasal masks and cumbersome headgear. Easy to fit, ergonomically designed Micro headgear with patented elbow feature reduces facial pressure points for added comfort.
The interface is intended for adult patients only and is designed for maximum comfort to facilitate patient compliance. The Petite mask consists of a soft nosepiece, which has exhaust ports and two soft silicone nasal cannulas for fitting in the nostrils. It also consists of tubing, connectors, headgear, and a Y-shaped swivel coupling. At the base of the swivel coupling is a rigid port for connection to standard tubing. The PETITE offers five smallers sizes below the XSMALL size of the standard Nasal-Aire II.

liked the concept of the nasal pillows system but really couldn't get this one to work correctly for me. The "cannula" seemed to stretch when placed in my nostrils and caused tons of irritation. This may be because I need to go with the larger Nasal Aire instead of the Petite sizes. Overall, I like the design and idea, but couldn't wear this particular size. Will try again with an x-small or small Nasal Aire.

This is the 3rd type of mask I've used and the first one that works for me. Because the cannula goes into the nostrils, I can sleep in any position with no leakage. Plus the whole apparatus is small and simple. You're much less aware you're wearing it than other types of masks. After adjusting it to fit the first time you use it, you simply slip it on in an instant. Cleaning is simple, too.
