Each package contains 3 sizes of nasal prongs to help you find the best fit in your own home. You have the option of choosing one of four sizing packages when ordering this mask.
The second generation of the CPAP nasal interface mask, the Innomed Nasal Aire II is a new, improved and innovatively designed nasal prongs system. The new unit shares many of the comfort and compliance benefits of the original Nasal Aire, adding improved performance and a reduction in sound level. The Nasal Aire II New User CPAP Mask Setup Kit comes in 4 size packages and includes optional headgear for added stability.

I've used this mask for five plus years and think it's great. However, one frustration I have with it is that the two hoses, that wrap around your head, harden over time. In about six months, it is like sleeping on wooden dowel rods! Furthermore, you can't purchase the hoses only and have to buy a new mask. I have 5 or 6 nasal prongs but can't get hoses!#$%
