This 3" x 5" heavy duty, durable plastic, Medical Equipment I.D. Tag, with a removable locking strap, identifies your equipment for easier check-ins and security points.

AIRLINES ONLY ALLOW ONE CARRY-ON PER PERSON. Did you know? Necessary respiratory equipment is not counted as a carry-on. Our Medical Equipment I.D. Tag states:
'This Medical respiratory equipment must be kept with the person at all times. It cannot be stored and is not counted as carry-on luggage. This is life support equipment for people with OSA. (Obstructive Sleep Apnea).'

Good quality item. Even came with a sharpie marker for writing on it. Shipped to me in one day. $12 seems a little pricey for what it is but what can you do?
