this machine is so quiet!!! and tiny. Love it! Bought it for traveling only, but am now replacing my home machine with this one. My pressure is currently 10 and when I cut it on, I have to listen to make sure it is actually on! I also love how easy it is to remove and fill the humidifier tank. All around this is on of the best machines I have ever used (and I have been using CPAP for 12+ years)!

One and only machine that I will ever use. so many positive features. Low Cost, compact and light weight which is great for traveling, not noisey when sleeping, would highly recommend.

I agree that this is a quiet, small and convenient machine. My 2 issues with it are as follows. 1. For traveling, the cord is too short and the small size is offset by the fact that I often have to pack ane extension cord with it. Also have to use a groundind adapter because 3 prong extension cords are heavy and bulky. 2. The humidifier constantly cycles on and off making a loud clicking noise which is so annoying, that I never use the humidifier with this machine.

All though I bought this machine on a budget, I was very worried on how it would function.. Much to my surprise the ZZZ-PAP machine is a good small quite machine... I have not heard any clicking or cycling from my humidifier.. I love it.. The only problem I had was with the tubing it smelled really bad and I woke up with a sore throat for the first 2 days, changed out my tubing with what I had and I am fine...

Ordered this as a backup CPAP and also for traveling. Love the size and it is pretty quiet overall. You will read many reviews online about a noise on exhale (it sounds a lot like someone blowing into a coke bottle), this noise seems to be pretty inherent to this machine. It is a little annoying but not bad enough that it hinders my sleep. The noise is definitely muffled a little more with the humidifier so I would personally recommend the humidifier with this machine. I use a Phillips Respironics System One for my main machine, aside from the noise on exhale this one is at least as quiet as that one (and the System One is quiet). Overall I think I will be very happy with it! Just expect to hear the exhale noise mentioned above.

While the machine is excellent, the humidifier is next to worthless. It doesn't put out enough humidity.

Very quiet, humidifier not warm enought, had to add a different brand name humidifier to make up the differance.
