Used this cpap once and found it to be unacceptably noisy, particularly at exhalation. There is NO filter cover for the tiny filter . Machine requires a second stand alone plug/adapter for operation. Push button user operation/set-up is harder than expected and requires considerable physical strength,dexterity, ambidexterity [two-handed operation of buttons] and personal effort. Staff are five stars, it's the unit that is deficit.
