Lighter and more comfortable than traditional nasal mask interfaces, the ADAM Circuit Nasal Interface CPAP Mask System is the original CPAP therapy alternative to use Nasal Pillows instead of the traditional nasal mask style. The Nasal Pillows, which are available in seven sizes, gently seal at the patient's nostrils to reduce leaks. The ADAM interface includes Velcro fasteners that permit maximum versatility in fitting and adjustment.

this is the most comfortbel mask i have ever used. the first one was a unit that covered over my nose up to thepeak inbetween the eyes. it rubbed a hole,line thru my upper nose. had to quit using it. had another one that used nasel pillows, but was a hard band of plastic and metal that bothered the back of my head rubbing against the pillow, hated it. now have the nasel pillow with velcro and it is very soft, and is very easy to adjust to keep the air pillows that do not leak any air, this is excellent, thanks DON R

I have used an Adams Circuit for over 10 years. I have some comfort problems and some leakage, but overall it is the most effective mask I have seen. As new products come out I keep trying them hoping for something better but the combination of comport, adjustability and efficiency in delivering air pressure keeps me coming back to this.

I have to agree with the other reviews on this headgear. It is the most comfortable, softest and easiest headgear to adapt to. I have been using a c-pap for over 12 years, have tried the newer ones as well and find them less adaptable, stiff, and downright frustrating. Since I am a 95% side-sleeper, the Adams Circuit allows me to get the sleep I need when I turn over without forcing me to wake up and constantly making adjustments for leakages and comfort. I highly recommend it and the Puritan Bennett pillows that go with it. One thing I would warn about, and that is the velcro fasteners have a tendency to clogg up with your hair over time making them less likely to hold fast during the night. I recommend keeping it as free from hair as possible as you continue to use it so that your mask remains effective for a long time.
