Manufactured by Puritan Bennett, this CPAP mask assembly is for use with the Puritan Bennett Breeze Dreamseal System. It includes the hose guide, tubing, and cushion. Must be used with the headgear and additional headpiece for the Puritan Bennett Breeze Dreamseal system. The cushion for the Dreamseal CPAP mask assembly comes in three sizes to ensure best possible fit.Please note: This assembly does not inlcude all parts necessary to the Puritan Bennett Breeze Dreamseal System.
