It slides off your head, very hard too keep on

I have used this headstrap for years. Compared to others available, this is wonderful. My provider was offering another strap and it didn't work at all well. I deliberately went looking for this company to replace my current strap. Regarding the slipping, I put the strap on farther back on my head than I need and then slide it toward my face. That bunches up some hair in front of it and pretty much stops the slipping. I would recommend this strap to everyone.
