Even the large mask seems very samll and requires constant adjustment to stop leakage especially around the eyes. Once it is in place it feels quite comfortable. The headgear has to be quite tight in order to get a proper fit which can cause headaches and pressure points.

Pros: Adjusts away from bridge of nose for no more pain. Accommodates small noses without leaking. Headgear can be SUPER loose if desired without sacrificing seal. Seal is puffy enough that you aren't pressed onto hard plastic when sleeping on your side. Cons: Headgear seems to fall in strange places, but is comfy. It's simply needed to keep the mask from blasting across the room, anyway.

Forehead support has cracked on last two Resmed Ultra Mirage II. Be sure and buy a couple of extras. Very unsatisfied with the mask.

I have owned two Ultra Mirage II masks. Both broke near the adjustment brackets above the nose. Not a durable mask.

Mask is great, best around only problem is my local distributor that my insurance requires me to use is twice your price listed so beware of OSF in Peoria,ILL.
