I too had difficulty at first. I am 6.4 in and weigh 240 lbs. So, I thought I needed the Large nose piece. Whistled and so I tightened straps until they were not comfortable. Mistake on my part. I tried the Medium after several months. PERFECT. No leak and I loosened the straps. No leak, no whistle. So much better than the 3 other masks I have tried. Best ever.

After suffering through years of the comfort gel masks this one is far superior. No more red marks in the middle of your forehead in the morning. I did have to try a couple of the nasal pillows to find the one that would give the best seal. The only drawback is that when I lay on my side the cheek pads tend to press and can be uncomfortable. I have enjoyed the best nights of sleeping in a long time since I switched to the comfort curve.

Adjusting straps pretty tight got good seal and could sleep on my back or side, but the cheek pads were not very comfortable. However, what will make me to probably use my return insurance is the whistling noise it makes after a while (maybe as humidity accumulates?) Tried it for several nights and after each 30-60 min. of use had to go back to my trusted Comfort Gel because of this whistle. This happens with a pressure setting of 11/8 cm, gets worse with higher pressure.

All-in-all the best I have tried. Needs a few modifications. Cheek pads fall off too easily. Angle adjustments too easily change all by themselves. Good value, great for reading, I found if I tethered the hose to the headboard it was perfect for moving easily in the bed.

couldn't get the seal to be as tight as I would normally like, but could be a comfortable, mask... I guess. Not a bad design just not the easiest to use.
