This mask and a hose buddy and CPAP is as good as it gets! Light weight and comfortable. You almost forget it's there.

I'm a belly-sleeper. This totally eliminates the need to re-position tubing as I change positions during sleep. It's an outstanding device for those seeking freedom of movement, freedom from tubing entanglements, and uninterrupted sleep.

VERY difficult to get the mask to stay in place. When in place, it's great. I can't make it through the night by a long stretch and have unfortunately had to go back to the mask it replaced.

I am claustrophobic and tried every kind of mask available. This is the only mask that I can tolerate, and it is very lightweight and a very comfortable fit.

My physicians office loans masks on a one week trial basis for patients wanting to change mask designs. I have been using a ResMed Swift Fx Nasal Pillow in size Extra Small.
I borrowed a Dreamwear Nasal Mask and have used it for two nights. I really like that it vents at the top of my head. I sleep with one hand under my cheek and with this mask it doesn't get cold from the air venting. The only problem is that the small frame is too large for my head and the mask leaks some around the nose. My AHI has gone from an average around 3 to 5.4 and 7.8 for the last two nights. Last night I placed a seatbelt cushion under the top portion of the frame to make it fit better.
I would really like this mask and give it a 5 PLUS rating if it came in a smaller size to fit small heads.

Well, after using this mask for several months and monitoring its performance with "sleepyhead" software I can say this. If you like to move around in your sleep you will have major leaks and be awakened by the noise they produce. This prevents the wearer from getting proper deep stage sleep and that's what an osa patient needs, to feel rested. If you are a marine and can sleep at attention then this is the mask for you. I've switched to the f and p pilairo q mask and have tested the results for 2 weeks. I have zero leaks and have awakened refreshed and feel much better. The cushion is a little rough on the nares but a good cpap petroleum free moisturizer fixes that. Good luck and good sleeping.

As others mentioned, I too am a stomach sleeper and this is the best mask I've found for that. I have a lot fewer leaks and have to make fewer adjustments. Sometimes w/ my nasal pillow masks, my nostrils become irritated, but since nothing sits inside the entrance of the nostrils, it hasn't been an issue with this mask. My favorite so far.
