This is a good machine. However, if you disassemble the water holder then the humidifier will not work. There is a design issue with the latch. I finally had to say ok this machine doesn't work I want a new one. As long as you don't disassemble to clean then it works fine. P.S. I don't carry the humidifier when I travel and I like that part.

I have the M Series plus machine with C-Flex and really need the humidifier because it helps so much with my sinus problems and stuffy nose. I bought the humidifer and love how it fits directly on the machine and doesn't require another plug or tubing. The main problem I have is in cleaning and traveling. I left a small amount of water in the tank and traveled with my machine... the water in the humidifier ruined my machine! Great idea to have an integrated humidifier, but be careful with the water reaching your machine!
