I like the fact that it fits into the nostril, it helps stablize the fit. I never had any soreness. A little Neosporin on the nasal os helps maintain the seal.

Been using the opti life for over a year and like it. A bit of mentholated petroleum jelly on the nostril will aleviate the occasional soreness from using a nasal interface mask.

Been using for just 2 months, and am first time CPAP user, but this mask works very well for me. Only complaint is it often falls out when I turn over in bed to sleep on my sides. I get used to it though and adjust it back in position. Nice that our eyes are not obstructed like some masks. Might try some other nasal masks depending upon recommendations here.

Makes my nose very red and sore. Difficult to situate correctly and keep positioned correctly. Can a little different interface be made that fits over the end of the nose and doesn't go into the nose? and SOFTER!!!

it very easily migrates into the nostril too far; after only one night my nose was quite sore.
