Respironics redesigned their sleep therapy system to give patients more of what they want, with the addition of A-FLEX. A-FLEX is a technology offered exclusively by Respironics that aids in providing a more comfortable experience by controlling airflow during both inhalation and exhalation. The new M Series platform is even easier to use, provides a small and sleek platform, and has a less obtrusive profile with tube connection in the back of the unit.

Proactive algorithm looks for and adjusts to the patient's need based on optimal and critical pressure levels.
Auto Titrating - Pressure levels will automatically change throughout the night to reflect the patient's needs.
A-FLEX provides relief in both inhalation and exhalation, providing a new level of comfort during therapy.
Lighted primary touch controls
SmartCard records 6 months at 3 usage sessions per day. Records Date/Time, hours of use, usage patterns, AHI, leak, snore, and FOSQ.

A-flex is good. mmmkay?

I have been delighted by mine. I use it as a second travel machine and am very pleased by both the A-Flex (which I find much more pleasant than conventional machines) and the size. The power plug in on the front of the machine is a little screwy and use a third party pass over humidifier instead of the little tank that Respironics sells. But, on balance, great.
