Respironics has redesigned their sleep therapy system to give patients more of what they want, with the addition of A-FLEX. A-FLEX is a technology offered exclusively by Respironics that aids in providing a more comfortable experience by controlling airflow during both inhalation and exhalation. The new M Series platform is even easier to use, provides a small and sleek platform, and has a less obtrusive profile with tube connection in the back of the unit. This is the smallest Respironics CPAP available!

  • Proactive algorithm looks for and adjusts to the patient's need based on optimal and critical pressure levels.
  • Auto Titrating - Pressure levels will automatically change throughout the night to reflect the patient's needs.
  • A-FLEX provides relief in both inhalation and exhalation, providing a new level of comfort during therapy.
  • Lighted primary touch controls
  • SmartCard records 6 months at 3 usage sessions per day. Records Date/Time, hours of use, usage patterns, AHI, leak, snore, and FOSQ.

I have been delighted by mine. I use it as a second travel machine and am very pleased by both the A-Flex (which I find much more pleasant than conventional machines) and the size. The power plug in on the front of the machine is a little screwy and use a third party pass over humidifier instead of the little tank that Respironics sells. But, on balance, great.
