I am very pleased with my unit. It is so quiet that my wife must stop and listen closely to see if it is working. I like the ramping option and am always asleep before it increases the pressure to the prescribed level. It uses less water than I expected, but I have no trouble finding distilled water and find it relatively easy to refill. This was the unit that my service company recommended and I am more than satisfied with their service. I am sleeping better than I ever thought I would. The unit is small and does not take up much more space than my alarm clock. My only suggestion would be to lengthen the hose to a standard 8 feet versus the 6 foot hose that comes with the unit.

I received my machine last week, although not from this company. I got it from Nationwide Medical. They charged my Blue Cross over $3000.00 for it!! My deductable is paid. I still have to pay $447.00 out of pocket! This is why our Health Care system is in such bad shape! We ALL know these products are inflated in price by up to 1000%! somone is making a lot of money from our insurance companies!And of course those costs are being passed down the line to us. The machine is what it is, lights too bright, NO off switch, too loud, hard to fill, no room in case for mask, on and on.

This is the worst product I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. It dies every 8 months at the most. The design is flawed and the manufacturing is shotty. I would rather stroke out than give one penny for this machine. Since after a few years, it is mine now and the insurance company will not replace it, a stroke is coming my way and will welcome it as using this C/crap machine is the most frustrating thing I ever had to deal with. I can see why they quit making it. Unfortunately I have already been screwed.

I love this machine and am disappointed the manufacturer has discontinued it. It is so quiet, I sometimes wonder if it is on. Especially when I first got it. I did have trouble with condensation at first (or I believe they call it rain out.) But I found that I just need to not fill it quite as full as it says you can.

I am very happy with this machine. Ive had mine for 2 years. Works like a charm. You get used to the noise of the machine which I didnt find it to be that loud. I did use the ramp feature at first but now I dont as I am used to it. I really do like this machine. This thing has just about many miles as my car as I travel alot and it goes with me everywhere. I now CAN NOT fall asleep without it. Heaven for bid it fails. (knock on wood) LOVE THIS MACHINE

Just picked the machine up yesterday. It is obvious that the person who designed this, wasn't thinking of the people who will use it. First, there are three blue led type buttons that stay lit all the time, at night, it's like having a small night light in the room and the unit was on the floor. When I first plugged it in, all three lights came on and I thought the machine was on; no the machine is on when the "little" blue lite over the temp control is on. That's dumb, the unit should be on, when the power lite is on - end of story, poor design. Second is the water tank. You have to open a door, pull on the tank to get at it to fill. Then, you have to balance it on end, fill to the a mark, which just happens to be about 1/8 below the top of one of the output connectors. So, if you pour fast... your in trouble. Third is the hose. Yes, it could be longer, but the main problem is it attaches to the rear of the machine. The hose has its own natural resistance to bending and now your trying to force it to bend around the side of the machine to get it into position for use. Fourth is the noise - wow! I started using the Flex, on ramp and it was okay. By 3am, my wife was waking me wanting to know what the noise was and what was wrong with the machine. It sounded like Darth Vader was under our bed. While the Flex is a great feature, the machine went back today to have that part of it disabled. Would much rather have constant pressure, and white noise from the fan portion of the machine, then Darth Vader. What I did like about the machine was size. Overall, it is smaller and doesn't take up much room. It also has an instant on feature, put you mask on and the machine starts up - just hit the ramp button, nice feature. The temp adjust for humidifier has a knob for adjusting and that is nice as well. User manual was easy to understand, and appears well written. I gave this three stars because of noise, the lights, and how the hose attaches. I know, these are creature comfort type items, but I'm the one paying for this item.

I have just received the machine , it is considerably samaller , and that is great , there are a couple of flaws which I think were overlooked , the lights are so bright at night it feels I am in a night club ,I am having to find something to cover them , there is no way to turn them off as my previuos machine , also there is a higher level of noise coming from the machine , is there any thing I can do to at least turn the lights off during the night .........I would appreciate some comments , my email is nfrenero@bellosuth.net Thankin advance for your help , Julio F
