Respironic's patented C-Flex technology offers a more comfortable way to deliver sleep therapy by taking the work out of exhalation. C-Flex tracks and reacts to every breath throughout the night, increasing your comfort as you exhale. The new M Series platform is even easier to use, provides a small and sleek platform, and has a less obtrusive profile with tube connection in the back of the unit. This is the smallest Respironics CPAP available!

I HAVE BEEN ON CPAP FOR FIVE YEARS WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT MASKS. I LOVE THIS ONE BECAUSE MY NOSE DOES NOT CLOSE UP WHEN I USE THIS MACHINE. THIS HAD BEEN A PROBLEM FOR FIVE YEARS. THANKS FOR A GREAT MACHINE FOR US MOUTH BREATHERS.

I just started using my machine 3 months now and it has changed my life!! I had what I thought was a heart problem only to be caused by sleep apnia. I learned quickly that I dont even have to turn the machine on, just don the mask and inhale, it turns on automatically. Never thought I had a sleep problem till now, thanx!!

I have had this machine for 2 months and have been unhappy with it. The machine does what it is suppose to but the noise level is loud when inhaling.and it gets louder as the pressure goes up. It wakes me up almost every night. I have tried to get respironics to help but was unsuccesful.

It's much noisier than my 5 year old machine and the lighted switches are really too bright. It seems to work okay and I do like the small size and light weight.

I've used the CPAO REMstar Pro M for one month. At first I did not like it because of leakage, noise and a terrible nose abrasion. Then I got a white chin strap... problems gone. quieter, no leaks, sleep with mouth closed, deeper sleep... and oh, don;t forget a piece of tape or bandaide on the bridge of your nose at night, and BINGO... [tpblems solved! Telephone support locally is lacking, but research it yourself and all solutions can be easily had.
