The 'Basic' model looks and feels the same as the Plus or Pro, but has limited Ramp time and cannot use a smart card. It also does not have C-Flex capabilities.

Respironics has redesigned their sleep therapy system to give patients more of what they want. The new M Series platform is even easier to use, provides a small and sleek platform, and has a less obtrusive profile with tube connection in the back of the unit. This is the smallest Respironics CPAP available!

This CPAP does NOT have C-Flex.
