I just got mine yesterday. After having my old Respironics Tranquility for the last 10 years, all I can say is WOW! This thing is so quiet, my wife didn't think it was on. The new Swift FX mask is great as well. I'm really going to enjoy this machine.

Lots of different models for these machines - I love my REMSTAR Pro C-Flex+ REF DS6HFLG It is VERY QUIET and I don't snore one bit. Best of all, my wife now gets a good nights sleep too! Only snorer in the bed now is my Yorkie!!

Lots of water in tubing. Drains into my nose & throat. I use the nasal pillow & since condensation in tubing, it blisters my nostrils. What is going on with my machine?

The CPAP itself works very well, is quieter than the one I had previously. The only issue I have is with the humidifier. It does not seem to be all that well made. I went to add water to it this morning, handling it gently (as per normal) and the metal plate dropped out of it! We had a backup one in the house, tried it and it also leaked all over the place. It's a great machine, but the humidifier needs work.
