I am in full agreement with the above review regarding the weak link in the Respironics Comfort Full 2 mask. I am on my 4th or 5th mask, and each prior mask has experienced the identical problem -- the molded plastic slot for the headstrap breaks. Also, I am not in full agreement with the ADMIN NOTE stating that Respironics no longer makes the part. The Respironics Owners Manual clearly shows that the forehead pad is readily separated from the hard plastic support. So, it may not be Respironics, but SOMEONE is actually making each of the two parts. WE WOULD BE HAPPY IF YOU WOULD LOCATE THE FOREHEAD SUPPORT AND SELL IT SEPARATE.

You need to start selling the support for the forehead cushion, so where the headstraps go through and where the cushion sits in. This is the weakest link of your product. The rest 5 stars.
--- ADMIN NOTE: RESPIRONICS NO LONGER MAKES THIS PART IN QUESTION. WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO SELL IF IT WERE AVAILABLE. SORRY.

I, too, have to replace the support that holds the forehead cushion because the flimsy construction where the strap goes through broke AGAIN!!! Also, the piece directly above the top of my bridge of my nose could be slightly shorter as it tends to dig into my nose. I remedy it by sticking a half of a cotton ball between it and my nose to ease the pain. Everything else is 5 stars.
