Secondly, I spoke to a resp. therapist about a new mask (which I ordered) and told her the following: I have been using acpap for about 18 years. My first machine still works, as does the second, not so the 3rd - its switch broke. The machines do their job. In all of those years, I have just retired my 3rd mask. Simple cleaning and maintenance will keep your maask in proper form. I know insurance covers replacements, sometimes with a co-pay or deductible, but would it not be better to keep one's money in one's own pocket. Clean and breathe better and feel better.</p>
