I recently compiled a list of the most popular chat areas/support groups/forums that I could find. I thought this list might help some our CPAP users! All of these resources are available for those of you who need a bit of help or just to talk to someone who understands CPAP therapy and knows what you are going through:
Apneasupport.org – Support forum of the American Association of Sleep Apnea
Sleepassociation.org/index.php?f=phpbb/index.php – Support forum for the American Sleep Association. Information on many different sleep disorders is available at this support forum.
Apneaboard.com – Sleep Apnea patients helping one another
Sleepwell.org/forum – A forum specifically designed for CPAP discussion
Sleepapnea.org/awake - Find a local Sleep Apnea Support Group
JournalSleep.org – An online and paper journal that focuses solely on new information and studies within the sleep disorders field.
