Do I have the right size mask or what?

I used the gauge that comes with the Resporonics ComfortGel Full and according to it I should wear a medium sized mask. Well for the life of me I can not figure out why at night the bottom portion of the mask ends up in my mouth. It is as if it slides up over my bottom lip into my mouth. I have tried to tighten the straps and get the same effect. Last night I had a leak rate over 123 and a total duration of 2 hours. It is due to the mask slipping in my mouth. Anyway, please help. I have a Ultra Mirage ordered hoping it will help but if someone has a solution to this issue or has experienced please give me a fix thanks.

I have found that the Fisher and Paykel HC431 Mask works much better. It cups the chin and not under the lip so it stays in place.

I have the mirage ultra both in medium and large since I had the same problem. Let me tell you that you're going to want either a Fisher/Paykel or a Hans Rudolph since they both will keep you from eating the mask. Under the chin designs are so much more comfortable and easier to seal. I don't understand why everyone hasn't gone with that style of design.

Not necessarily the most comfortable solution, but some people actually use a chin strap WITH a full face mask to keep this extreme case from occuring. If not, then go with the under-the-chin design by Fisher & Paykel, but realize this full face mask will probably be a bit bulkier than what your are used to with your ComfortGel Full.
