Are the special pillows worth the money?

I have been on my Cpap for almost 6 months now, and I love it.  I have the Resmed swift II nasal pillow mask, which I also like (even though when I first saw it I thought it was the most uncomfortable looking thing I had ever seen).  Additionaly I am about to switch to the new Swift LT.  The problem that I have though is I keep getting leaks which are caused by sleeping on my side.  The pressure is causing one side to leak, I found that if I am way over on the edge of my pillow then there are no problems with this, however I never stay on the edge.

This is all a long winded way of me getting to the point.  Are the pillows that are cut to fit worth the money?  I have at least laid on the Contour one, and I hate the neck roll, but the SleepPap pillow looks interesting to me.  I am looking to hear any experiences, good or bad.  Please help.

Or if anyone thinks that the new mask will solve this problem anyway, that would be appreciated too.

    Hello!

Let me first say - switching to the ResMed Swift LT will probably eliminate some of the leaks you are seeing in the Swift II - the LT is much better design for side sleepers as it is smaller and the cushion and tubing come of the front of the nose, not the side like the Swift II CPAP mask.

As for the pillows - I love the Sleepap pillow! It is amazing =). The contour is not my favorite as it is made of foam and seems pretty insubstantial to me (like it could fall flat pretty easily), plus I just like the feel of a real pillow! The Sleepap is perfect size, includes cut out sections from every area so you can sleep in multiple positions, and is made like a REAL pillow - actually stuffing, case, and pillow design. It is definitely the most popular "luxury" item we sell and our CSRs are getting constant good reviews on it. HTH

Thank you very much for the information, I have been very curious if I should invest in one of these pillows.  Especially now that I seem to be having more issues with losing my seal when sleeping on my stomach.
