Ok, so I have recently realized through contact with some of our CPAP users that some of you tape your mouth closed at night! Wow! Our CSRs and Respiratory Therapist did not believe me, so all of you mouth tapers who are hanging on tightly to your nasal or nasal pillows masks, chime in! I think it is kind of a cool idea, but cannot imagine going all night like that! Tell me your methods and reasons for doing it (btw, I am sure your sleep docs do not approve, but this is not a post to come down on anyone's therapy choices
)
