Getting comfortable with a CPAP can sometimes be challenging and also take time, just as getting the right mask and fit can take time.
Make sure you have the right size full face mask. We offer sizing guides on our website, wwwcpapsupplyusa.com
The sizing guides are downloadable and may help.
Have you ever tried when you put your mask on to see if you can get a seal with your mouth open and your chin dropping to simulate getting the right fit for when you do become more relaxed and your jaw drops? This may be possible.
Again, please try to stick with it. A month really isn't unusually long to still be having adjustment issues, It will be worth it to stick with it for your quality of life and your overall general health.
Please contact us again and let me knowif this helps. Please call me if you would like to discuss further.
