    1) What is the BEST nasal pillow system out (comfort and leakage) ? PS. cannot use full or nasal masks ,have had 2 sinus surgeries (lot of bone missing in nose)also have cushing syndrome (thinning skin).Sleep on the SIDE and BACK .2) Is the Fisher & Paykel # HC234 a good machine/humidifier system ? >New to cpap<

    There are several types of nasal pillow systems. Resmed makes the Swift L/T that I have CPAP users that like this because it seems to stay in place very well.  Fischer and Payckal makes the Opus which is another good system.
