Help me find the right mask that doesn't slip into my mouth

I used the gauge that comes with the Resporonics ComfortGel Full and according to it I should wear a medium sized mask. Well for the life of me I can not figure out why at night the bottom portion of the mask ends up in my mouth. It is as if it slides up over my bottom lip into my mouth. I have tried to tighten the straps and get the same effect. Last night I had a leak rate over 123 and a total duration of 2 hours. It is due to the mask slipping in my mouth. Anyway, please help. I have a Ultra Mirage ordered hoping it will help but if someone has a solution to this issue or has experienced please give me a fix thanks.

Thank you for contacting CPAP SupplyUSA.COM.  Youmay have the right size mask, and even though you are wearing a full face mask, you may be opening your mouth so wide at night that the mask slips out of position.  Sometimes CPAP users may have to wear a  chin strap also to help keep the mouth in position.  Also take a look at the Fischer and Paykel 431 .This is a full face mask that comes with three cushions (S,M,L).The cushion has a very comfortable chin support that may help in your situation.

Try a chin strap first.  This is less expensive and is simple.

    Hope this helps
